Sarah Lobban started training martial arts in college, after she read a sci-fi book that made muay thai look really, really, cool (it is). She works at Century Martial Arts, writing copy and running the blog. Sarah currently trains Jeet Kune Do at Century, and has trained in muay thai, and dabbled in MMA, Brazilian jiu-jitsu, and krav maga.
